Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant and is located at Balmoral Beach just 20 minutes from the city.
We are looking for friendly experienced bartenders who are passionate about the industry. The position can be casual, part-time or full-time.
A great working environment with plenty of opportunity for personal growth and development.
**What we need from you**:
- Current RSA (required)
- The ability to work a variety of shifts
- You’re an energetic team-player who is eager to pitch in and help
- Thrive on the challenges of a busy work environment
- Be attentive and can be flexible with customer requests
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender is preferable
- Extensive product knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and staff
- Immaculate presentation and well-spoken with a solid background working within high profile venue in a similar role
- Great positive attitude and the desire to continuously learn and develop their skillset
Must have full working rights. Would suits a working holiday or student visa but everyone is welcome to apply
Bathers' is accessible via public transport or there is street parking in the vicinity. Staff meals are provided each day and during the warmer months you can also go for a swim in your break
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 - 38 per week
**Salary**: $30.10 - $36.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
