About the role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people? Do you enjoy bringing joy, connection, and purpose to others through meaningful activities? We’re on the lookout for a permanent **Lifestyle Assistant** to support our growing residential aged care community. In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with our Lifestyle Coordinators, care staff, and residents to deliver engaging, choice-based programs that promote healthy ageing and overall wellbeing. We currently have weekly shifts available on **Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM**, and **Saturday from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM** (Week 1 only). This schedule offers a great mix of daytime and early evening hours, providing opportunities to build meaningful connections with residents throughout the week.

You’re an enthusiastic, compassionate, and creative individual who’s passionate about helping people live their best lives. You naturally connect with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and linguistic backgrounds, and you’re committed to supporting residents in maintaining their independence and enhancing their overall wellbeing. You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working collaboratively to make a positive impact every day. The successful applicant will hold or be willing to obtain a **Certificate IV in Leisure and Health.**
