**Vegas located in Waverley Gardens in Mulgrave **has an amazing opportunity for an **Assistant Manager** to join the team on a full-time basis As an experienced hospitality worker, you will have knowledge of bistro, gaming and compliance.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in hospitality management.
- Previous experience in gaming - opening and closing of gaming floor.
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- TAB Compliance.
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.

**What will my duties include?**
- Assisting with achievement of set financial targets.
- Stock control and management.
- Staff management including; rostering, training, performance management.
- Coordination, execution and evaluation of promotions.
- Ensure venue is compliant with all external bodies.
