Everlast Tarping Systems is Australia's leading truck tarping system with a presence in most major capital cities across Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator with excellent communication skills to join our friendly and outgoing team located in Narellan NSW. The role will be full time with working hours of 7am-3pm Monday to Friday.

**Must be available for immediate start**

The job role includes:

- Coordinating installations with customers and staff
- Communicate lead times with customers
- Work in coordination with various teams (warehouse, manufacturing, accounts, installers) to ensure everything is completed by the correct deadlines
- General office duties as required

The successful applicant will have:

- Operations/Bookings/Planning experience is a must
- Effective communications and customer service skills
- Have knowledge with computers and Microsoft products
- Have a willingness to learn
- Have a high attention to detail
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Be able to multitask
- Be able to easily follow procedures and direction
- Be a team player

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
