Barista/all Rounder

Roller Door Espresso Café is a unique small café attached and run alongside a interior design store in Bundall. We run a small kitchen and produce a simple cabinet style menu. We take pride in producing high quality coffees to our loyal regulars and surrounding small business.

We are seeking to hire a Monday - Friday permanent part time employee to assist in the daily running of our cafe.

**Experience & skills required**
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a cafe enviroment.
- Confident behind a coffee machine
- Basic food prep and kitchen skills are a advantage
- Experience leading a team and organsiational skills

**Duties and responsibilities in the role**
- Prepare and stock our display cabinet daily with salads, toasties ect (all baking is purchased off site)
- Greeting and serving customers along with confidently operating the POS system
- Cleaning, stock checks, ordering
- Prepare high quality coffees under presure
- Complying and completing cleaning schedules, temperature checks and other council enforced regulations.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $22.21 - $36.63 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
