We’re now on the lookout for a skilled PPC Manager who can take charge of clients’ paid media accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
**Role Overview**
As the PPC Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, reporting, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You'll own end-to-end campaign strategy, implementation, and performance reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Account Management**
- Manage multiple client PPC accounts across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct onboarding audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting setup.
- Develop and execute tailored paid media strategies based on each client’s goals and industry.
**Campaign Execution**
- Set up, launch, and monitor campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Facebook Lead Ads, and Retargeting.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Implement accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Conversion APIs.
**Optimisation & Reporting**
- Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively adjust campaigns to improve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Create monthly reports with insights, next steps, and strategy tweaks.
- Liaise with the creative and CRM teams for landing page enhancements and content alignment.
**Client Communication**
- Present campaign performance in client meetings with clear, transparent explanations.
- Provide strategic recommendations and thought leadership on the paid media landscape.
- Be a trusted advisor to your clients, proactively suggesting opportunities for growth.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- 2-4 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and bid strategies.
- Experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and data studio/dash-boarding tools.
- Proficiency in copywriting and ad creative best practices.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients.
- Comfortable presenting performance insights to clients and stakeholders.
**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other emerging platforms.
- Familiarity with CRO, and landing page strategy.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
