As an **Assistant Educator**, you’ll help shape vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel welcomed and inspired. You’ll build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and your team, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.

**What you’ll need**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care**:

- **Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy**:

- Flexibility with opening or closing shifts to support the centre and children’s needs.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Experience with Storypark is a bonus
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
