You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). **Who you are**- Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers.- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity. - Adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience. - A friendly attitude and are comfortable with connecting and interacting with people. **About this work area**- As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions. - Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth. - Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked. - Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
