Health Support Officer

What are my accountabilities?- Engage with providers to deliver Injury bookings, Pre-Employment Medical Assessments and Drug and Alcohol testing- Manage medical service tickets within agreed KPI’s, leveraging Hubspot as a tool to track and prioritise workload- Resolve any client queries and provide reporting requests

About you:
- Passionate about customer service and an ability to organise your workload effectively- Can pick up online systems quickly- Ability to problem solve
