- I’m Brian, a middle-aged man. I love watching the Rugby (GO THE BRONCO’s), visiting new places and trying new foods that fit in to my dietary and swallowing requirements. I have recently come out of hospital and have a complex health management routine. I am a fun loving, energetic and have lots of stories to tell. I sometimes get a little excited and have trouble controlling my emotions and reactions. I am looking for someone that can listen to, understand, and get to know me. I am looking for Lifestyle Assistants to assist me to gain the most of out of my life and support me during both the good and bad times. I are looking for someone who is passionate, empathic, and humorous._

This position is situated in **Yarrabilba** supporting an NDIS client for three (3) hours each morning from **6.00am to 9.00am**.

**Key requirements**:

- Passion and demonstrated experience in supporting people to live the lives they choose.
- Manual handling is a requirement of the role.
- Experience with complex and challenging behaviours is a must.
- Willing to support our customers with domestic duties.
- Capability to work in a small team with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in report writing.
- Good computer skills in order to use online systems.
- Capacity to meet physical requirements of the job.
- Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Current QLD Blue and Yellow Card
- Current First aid and CPR Certificates
- Completed NDIS Screening check
- Certificate III in Individual Support is desired
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
