At PhysioNXT, we provide exceptional physiotherapy services to support individuals in achieving their health goals. We’re expanding, and we’re looking for someone who can be the face of our clinic while also driving our online presence to the next level.

**Your Role**:
As our **Receptionist with Social Media Expertise**, you will:
**Front Desk Duties**:

- Welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage bookings, calls, and inquiries efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed with precision and care

**Social Media Management**:

- Create engaging content that showcases our services and team culture.
- Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends to ensure our clinic stays relevant and engaging.

**Client Relations & Administrative Support**:

- Provide top-notch customer service to ensure clients feel valued and supported.
- Assist in promoting new services, programs, and events.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
- A creative eye for photography, video, and graphic design (basic Canva skills a plus).
- A warm and approachable personality with a passion for helping people.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or healthcare is advantageous.
