We’re looking for experienced subcontractors to complete end-of-lease/vacate cleans across Penrith, Hawkesbury, and Blue Mountains areas.

This is a subcontracting role under a Jim’s Cleaning franchise. We handle all the quoting, admin, and client communication — you just complete the job to a professional standard and get paid.

**What You’ll Do**
- Carry out full vacate/end-of-lease cleans in residential homes (1-5 bedrooms)
- Clean to the quoted scope (provided per job)
- Use your own equipment and chemicals
- Take before and after photos for quality control
- Complete jobs on time with clear communication

**What We Provide**
- Ongoing subcontract work — no need to chase clients
- Clear job instructions (address, time, scope, rate)
- Flat-rate payment per job
- Prompt payment on completion and photo submission

**What You Need**
- ABN (Australian Business Number)
- Public liability insurance
- Own reliable transport (must be unbranded, no company signage)
- Full cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Experience with vacate/end-of-lease cleans
- Eye for detail and pride in your work

**Work Area**

- Hawkesbury (Richmond, Windsor, Bligh Park, and surrounding areas)
- Lower to mid Blue Mountains (Glenbrook, Springwood, and nearby suburbs)
