With a strong reputation across Sydney and the Hawkesbury, we deliver high-quality, safe, and reliable solutions.The RoleWe're looking for a skilled and versatile Handyman/Carpenter to join our team. This hands-on role covers a mix of building maintenance, repairs, and remedial works. You'll work both independently and with subcontractors, delivering jobs to a high standard while ensuring safety and efficiency. Light supervisory tasks, client communication, and safety documentation will also be part of your role.What You'll DoPerform general building works: carpentry, patching, painting, tiling, door/hardware repair and general tasksConduct site reviews, report conditions and complete allocated tasks.Liaise with clients and ensure minimal disruption on site.Work with or coordinate subcontractors on smaller jobs.Complete SWMS, risk assessments, and maintain WHS compliance.Keep accurate job records and ensure clean, safe sites.What You'll BringTrade/handyman experience with strong practical skills.Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.Clear communication and ability to work with clients and teams.Flexible and proactive approach to varied work environments.Safety-focused attitude.RequirementsDriver's Licence & Own reliable vehicleGeneral Construction White CardPolice Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Desirable (not essential/willingness to obtain)EWP >11m, Working at Heights, First Aid/CPR
