As a technical service provider in the delivery of “boutique” Occupational Hygiene and Environmental services for our clientele and own in-house NATA accredited laboratory, we have serviced Victoria for over 23 years.

Due to continued growth at Alpha, we have positions available to work on various exciting projects. If you have an Occupational Hygiene and/or Science background, we can offer a rewarding opportunity to join our team based in Collingwood, Melbourne.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Undertake site investigation work to assess impacts associated with contaminated sites in correlation with auditors and clients
- Building / site inspections and register compilation
- Data interpretation, analysis and writing technical reports
- Hazardous materials sampling, identification and lab analysis
- Client relationship management
- Preparation of proposals and high-quality deliverables

**Skills and experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to engage with clients and other key stakeholders directly
- Must be able to work weekends when required
- Must hold a current Victorian driver’s license
- Strong organisational skills and proactive attitude
- Motivated to learn and grow with the role
- Must be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team

As the role is based 10 minutes from the CBD it has excellent vehicle access and public transport access.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
