We are a family-owned Thai restaurant in Toowoomba seeking an experienced front-of-house staff member that is passionate about providing excellent customer service (Immediate start).

Position: Waiter/Waitress

Location: Toowoomba, QLD

Type: Full-Time & Casual

Reports to: Restaurant Manager

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a fast paced, previously work in the restaurant is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent knowledge of Asian food with the ability to explain pairings with complex & spicy dishes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work a Wednesday - Sunday roster (evenings included)

**Experience**:

- working in hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
