Independent Safe Access Pty Ltd (I-Safe Access) is one of Australia’s best providers of certified height safety and safe access systems. We design, install, and inspect systems that protect workers and ensure full compliance across rooftops, industrial sites, commercial buildings, and infrastructure.

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, skilled Height Safety Installer / Inspector to join our team in delivering top-tier safety systems to our clients.

The right person to join our family will be responsible for:

- Installing certified height safety systems (anchors, static lines, guardrails, ladders, walkways, etc.)
- Conducting inspections, maintenance, and compliance audits of installed systems
- Completing site reports, risk assessments, and handover documentation
- Liaising with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
- Working to high safety standards and following company protocols

The skills and experience required for this role include:

- Previous experience in height safety installation, inspection, or related trade (highly regarded)
- Working at Heights certification (mandatory)
- White Card and EWP license (preferred)
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow job scopes
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel to job sites across metro and regional area.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Working at heights (preferred)
- White Card (required)

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
