Independent Safe Access Pty Ltd (I-Safe Access) is one of Australia’s best providers of certified height safety and safe access systems. We design, install, and inspect systems that protect workers and ensure full compliance across rooftops, industrial sites, commercial buildings, and infrastructure.

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, Junior Height Safety Installer to join our team in delivering top-tier safety systems to our clients.

The right person to join our family will be responsible for:

- Learning to Install certified height safety systems (anchors, static lines, guardrails, ladders, walkways, etc.)
- Learning to conduct inspections, maintenance, and compliance audits of installed systems
- Learning to complete site reports, risk assessments, and handover documentation
- Working to high safety standards and following company protocols

The skills and experience required for this role include:

- Previous experience in height safety installation, inspection, or related trade (highly regarded)
- Working at Heights certification (preferred)
- White Card and EWP license (preferred)
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic understanding of power tools
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Driver’s licence and willingness to travel to job sites across metro and regional area.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
