**Your Opportunity. Multiple Opportunities Available**:
As an ambitious Account Manager or Account Executive at Thrive Brisbane you will play an important role on some of the agency’s most prestigious and highest profile brands in the world along with a local portfolio of accounts. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow with one of the region’s most revered public relations agencies sitting at the intersection of digital, consumer/brand and business/purpose PR, and working across the agency’s network of offices in AU & NZ.
- You will work with some of the world’s biggest brands in tech, travel and tourism, automotive and more ~ Thrive has an unrivaled portfolio in Australia representing TEQ, Tinder, Reddit, Harley Davidson, Allianz, GoPro, ANZ Bank and others
- You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team of specialists executing creative and strategic communications and being involved with all aspects of execution and client servicing.
- You will be part of a tight knit growing team in Brisbane where you will be exposed to the inner workings of the agency, learn how to achieve local business goals and influence the agency and team’s success.
- You will have the platform to step into challenging new opportunities as they arise across the agencies putting your hand up for passion projects and new business efforts.
- Ability to work from other AU & NZ offices temporarily or longer term.

In this role you will work with and learn from some of the smartest PR & social consultants in the country while contributing to a small number of clients who respect and value the work we do. You love multi-tasking and are driven to successfully lead and manage the day to day running of accounts. You are exceptional at proactive team communication, spontaneous with ideas, a solid writer and will invest time growing your local media network and leveraging the extensive community around Thrive. You love keeping your finger on the pulse with daily news, love researching and flexing your muscle in media relations and supporting on business development. You love the thrill of delivering high profile events with influencers and integrated social/digital and are curious to learn more about new business preparation within the agency. You will love ideating and learning how to dial up your creative skills and you will also have a genuine interest in protecting and building brand reputations. You’ll participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities delivered across the agency (think AI playoffs through to high profile speakers) in addition to tailored internal and external training to help you develop technical, commercial and broader EQ skills.

Your experience, approach & impact.
- Account Managers: 5+ years experience in an agency, media or inhouse communications role
- Account Executives: 2+ years experience in an agency, media or inhouse communications role

- You are positive, have an energetic approach to your work and are a natural problem solver
- You have engaged in some media relations work and understand the media landscape in AU.
- You hustle internally and externally to get the job done for your team and clients.
