**ABOUT THE ROLE:
**Summary of the role**:

- Enthusiastic Maintenance Officer needed to join the team at Mercy Health at our Mont Clare facility, located in the heart of Claremont
- Full Time Position
- Mercy Place Mont Clare in Claremont
- Responsible for on-going repairs and preventative maintenance of building, plant, equipment and furniture.
- Assist with identifying and actioning health and safety issues to provide a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.

**ABOUT YOU:
- Trade based qualification or more than 3 years’ experience in a commercial maintenance position.
- Current WA driver’s license.
- Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards and regulatory maintenance frameworks relating to residential aged care.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
