Catering Supervisor

**$27.83 per hour + 11% super**

**THE POSITION**
- Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for daily service in a retail outlet serving food & beverages
- Operate the till and process transactions
- Prepare and serve espresso coffee
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Maintain focus on Food and People safety

**THE PERSON**
- Current National Police Check, or ability to obtain
- Must hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate, or be willing to obtain
- Experience in a similar role, leading a team and delivering exceptional food service
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
