Operations Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for an Operations Supervisor that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need. This role is based at our Perth Depot with the friendly team we have onsite.

What you’ll do:

- Responsible leader of one of the depots and/or satellites.
- Support growth initiatives, providing operational and administration excellence to both external and internal customers.
- Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day to day leadership, deployment, mentoring, development and corrective action.
- Ensure that the service team are fully occupied with daily and weekly service targets.
- Ensure equipment and quality standards are met and communicated to the service team
- Maintain fleet livery in accordance with the company’s policy Provide technical support to the Sales Team when required.
- Ensure that all service staff and contractors work in a safe manner abiding to company policy in terms of housekeeping, safe working at heights, forklift driving and PPE requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure that we are abiding by company standards and external audits from PLC are marked no less than a “B” result.
- Facilitate the planning of daily tool box meetings and follow up on any key issues and action.

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

- Experience in leading teams from a warehouse capacity
- Trade or engineering qualification preferably either as an, electrician, diesel mechanic or refrigeration mechanic (Desired)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to lead, develop and maintain relationships with all departments
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work under pressure and make deadlines
- PC Literacy
- Planning, problem solving and coordination skills
