We are a popular cafe located in Summer Hill, looking for an experienced and talented barista to join our team We have a reputation for outstanding coffee, food and warm, efficient, family friendly service. Multiple roles available with flexibility regarding shifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adjusting grind and dose
- Maintaining quality with speed during rushes
- Competent with free pour/latte art
- Maintain clean workspace
- Working alongside another barista or owner during peak times
- Preparing cold brew/filter
- Work with dairy and dairy alternative milks

**Requirements**:

- **20-50 hours per week available (depending on your availability
- we are looking for both full time/casual baristas)
- Reliable
- Team player
- At least 2 years barista experience
- Clear communication skills
- Show mutual respect to team members
