Melbourne, Australia Equity Trustees Full time

We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a valued member of our Operations & Oversight team at Equity Trustees. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions across extensive clients and managed funds serviced by the Corporate Trustee Services business.

**About the role**:

- Handle regular operational tasks, including necessary filings with service providers, regulatory authorities, and government bodies, following established processes
- Participate in the set-up of managed investment schemes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers to complete the necessary document filings
- Assist with the ongoing operational requirements of managed funds such as market account renewal and tax relief documentation
- Manage records for seamless operations, ensuring all filings are up-to-date and compliant.
- Assist with fund-related expenses and invoices as needed
- Create and maintain procedure manuals to ensure smooth operations, and provide ongoing updates
- Actively contribute to recommendations for operational enhancements
- Provide accurate and timely data to internal and external stakeholders (administrators, platforms, researchers, etc.) for all Funds
- Tackle various ad-hoc tasks and lodgments
- Engage in project work and play an active role in team projects
- Provide support to the team and management in ad-hoc tasks

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Experience within the Managed Funds Industry - fund administration, custody and investments operations
- Ability to complete set tasks fully and accurately
- Time management abilities to ensure timely completion of all requirements
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and manage a variety of simultaneous tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Competent use of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work with a wide range of people
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good mathematical abilities
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Related qualifications in business or Finance highly regarded
