We are seeking an experienced and motivated retail and customer service person for our Clifton Hill flagship store. Toorallie is a brand all about premium quality and this needs to extend through to our staff and how they present in store. If you enjoy working unsupervised and know how to get the job done, we would like to hear from you

We are seeking an experienced and motivated retail and customer service person for our Clifton Hill flagship store. Toorallie is all about premium quality and this needs to extend through to our staff and how they present the brand in store.

Toorallie is a premium clothing brand that has a passion for merino wool and producing clothes of exceptional quality and integrity. The brand has recently completed a comprehensive repositioning strategy to take the brand into the future. If you enjoy working unsupervised and know how to get the job done, we would like to hear from you

The position
- Weekdays and occasional Saturdays - either on a set days roster or flexible rotating roster
- Immediate start
- Generous staff discounts

You will
- Become part of a close-knit personable team where your efforts will be visible and appreciated.
- Build a genuine rapport with customers of all persuasions
- Work on the shop floor, deliver the brand experience to every customer
- Ensure the store is always presented to the brand standards
- Online order management and fulfilment
- Working in cooperation and answerable to the store manager
- Utilising the new point of sale system to deliver a seamless in-store and online customer experience.

To be successful you must have
- Retail clothing experience
- Enjoy building a rapport with customers of all persuasions
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- A strong interest in clothing and style
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- Experience with Shopify online store systems (not essential)
