**Support Worker - Male (Casual/Subcontractor)**

**Pay Rate**: $32 - $33 per hour

Are you a caring, reliable, and motivated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of others? Advanced Disability and Aged Care is seeking a **male support worker** to join our dedicated team in the Northern Beaches area.

About the Role:
We provide high-quality support services to individuals living with disability and older Australians. This role involves assisting clients to live independently and comfortably while promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist with community access and social activities
- Support clients in achieving their goals and independence
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment

**About You**:

- Must be male (due to client preference)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- **Experience working with clients who have mental health needs**:

- Previous experience in disability or aged care support
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, and Driver’s Licence (or willingness to obtain)
