**About the role**

We currently have an exciting Assistant (Support) Manager opportunity at our Loganholme store. We are looking for a retail leader who is energetic, creative and can assist the Store Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, hands on, and willing to contribute their own ideas to grow and help lead the store and team to success.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in Discount Variety or Supermarket Industry is preferred.
- Experience in merchandising.
- Experience in a management position.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence.
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Capable of successfully managing a team of up to ten.

Salary will be based on experience.
