**About the Role**
As a Member Relationship Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact in our Cannington branch (located in Westfield Carousel), representing HBF in the moments that matter to our members.

Working within a small team, you will support new and existing members both face-to-face and over the phone, by identifying their needs and recommending the right product for them.

You will be there for a wide range of members’ life moments - from welcoming a new baby into the world to supporting a loved one through life-critical medical treatment - as they reach out to better understand their health cover.

This position is being offered on a **permanent full-time** basis.

You are a vibrant, energetic and collaborative team player with a natural ability to communicate passionately. Being adaptable and resilient will be important in this role as no two conversations are the same and will need an individual approach.
