**Job Overview**:
As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining a variety of flooring types including hybrid, laminate, and engineered flooring in both residential and commercial settings. You will work with customers to ensure their flooring needs are met and provide expert advice on product selection and care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install hybrid, laminate, and engineered hardwood flooring in both residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure proper subfloor preparation, measurement, cutting, and layout.
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements for existing flooring installations.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure clean job sites.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after installation, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Answer any questions clients may have regarding maintenance, care, or concerns about their flooring.
- Perform detailed checks on each flooring installation to ensure top-tier quality.
- Ensure flooring is installed with precision, providing a seamless and durable finish.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- previous experience with floor installations
- strong problem solving

- Good workmanship and attention to detail
- Certification or formal training in floor finishing or related trade
- Valid drivers license
- white card
