We are seeking an experienced property manager to join our busy property management team. The role operates under a senior department head and with three other property managers. You will be supported by an accounts manager and property management secretary.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Handling all enquiries from prospective tenants
- Conducting Opens for Inspection and private appointments
- Reference checking of prospective tenants
- Handling repairs and maintenance
- Regular rent reviews
- Managing rental arrears
- Liaising with landlord and tenants
- 6 monthly routine inspections including written report to landlord
- Lease renewals

**Skills and experience required for the role**:

- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
- Own car and valid drivers license
- Customer service focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation

New business and leasing commission incentives apply.

Our team is friendly, highly supportive, experienced and stable, with a role occupancy average of over 10 years.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
