Maintenance Handyman/woman

Public hospitality Group are searching for a reliable, hands-on and enthusiastic individual with a property maintenance background to join our team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

An expert multi-tasker with an outstanding ability to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance duties and repairs across our portfolio of boutique hotels, restaurants and pubs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Inspect and maintain equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
- Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies
- Collaborate with various teams to prioritise and complete maintenance tasks efficiently
- Preventative maintenance checks

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience as a Handyperson in hotels, apartments, hospitals or shopping centres is desirable (but not essential)
- Sound knowledge of Work, Health & Safety practices
- Ability to safely lift up to 15kg
- Able to meet deadlines, take initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
- You are presentable and customer focused to create memorable moments for our guests and to build lasting relationships with your colleagues
- You have thorough knowledge of various tools and equipment
- Building trade would be advantageous but not essential.
- Valid NSW Driver’s License desirable
- Full Australian Working Rights.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
