THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a passionate, event and marketing maven with a knack for event coordination, creativity, organization, and digital strategy? Swing City is looking for an Event and Marketing Coordinator to take our campaigns and brand to the next level. This full-time role offers the perfect mix of events management, content creation, campaign management, and strategic planning, all within a dynamic and fun environment.
About the Role
As Swing City’s Marketing Coordinator, you will support our BD and Event Manager and collaborate with the broader Mulpha Marketing Team to deliver impactful campaigns. Your role will be diverse and fast-paced, focusing on creating content, coordinating digital and in-venue promotions, and analysing results to drive growth.
RESPONSIBILITES
**Event Coordination**: Handle incoming event inquiries, prepare run sheets, coordinate with your team, as well as managing invoicing and maintain accurate bookings.
**Campaigns & Activations**: Plan promotions, manage influencer collaborations, and assist with marketing events.
**Brand Management**: Support brand strategy, budgets, visual consistency, and in-venue campaigns.
**Collaboration & Reporting**: Manage partnerships, assist with advertising and PR, and provide performance reports.
