The Respectful Relationships Liaison Officer will work as part of multidisciplinary team(s) in the local area, supporting schools and networks to prevent and respond to children and young people and staff witnessing or experiencing violence.
This role will include providing advice about evidence-based approaches and interventions, coordination of response, liaison with specialist services as well as working to embed systematic approaches and integrated processes in schools for effective family violence response and referrals.
Interested applicants should possess a degree in the human service sector, and or education, with experience of at least five years in a relevant field of practice.

- The Respectful Relationships Liaison Officer will work as part of multidisciplinary team(s) in the local area, supporting schools and networks to **prevent and respond** to children and young people and staff witnessing or experiencing violence.
- This role will include providing advice about evidence-based approaches and interventions, coordination of response, liaison with specialist services as well as working to embed systematic approaches and integrated processes in schools for effective family violence response and referrals.
- Interested applicants should possess a degree in the human service sector, and or education, with experience of at least 5 years in a relevant field of practice.

**Key capabilities** include strong knowledge of the family violence sector and iniatives to reduce family violence, strong project management skills, and a values driven approach that alligns with Victorian Pulic Sector values (responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership and human rights) that demonstrate collaborate practices and cultivate authentic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
