**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with clients to confirm and understand their requirements
- Provide quotations for window and door systems
- Offer basic technical support to clients when needed
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Assist in maintaining good client relationships
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Team Leader

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Experience in civil construction or window and door industry preferred
- Must have legal working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)

**Salary**

60,000.00/yr plus attractive commission
