Our client has been successful in their bids for two large new projects and need the expertise of two high volume blue collar recruiters to join their team.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with applicants from the outset and managing their entire journey through to onboarding.

Duties will include:

- Liaising with the Hiring Manager for effective workforce planning
- Prescreening and interviewing
- Supporting required compliance and onboarding
