Due to continuous growth, we are currently seeking a
**Recruitment Advisor (Blue-Collar)** to join our team based in Perth. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar labour, working in a small team to deliver to our busy operations.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- End to end blue-collar recruitment.
- Managing job advertising for your talent pool.
- Conducting phone screening, reference checks and interviews.
- Managing and issuing blue-collar contract of employment.
- Maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
- Liaising with the planning department to understand full requirements of a vacancy.
- Liaising with the training department to ensure compliance requirements are met.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in high volume recruitment.
- A strong sense of urgency, initiative and drive to achieve recruitment outcomes.
- Proven experience in providing recruitment advice and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to manage and work in a fast-paced environment and volume resourcing.
- Experience in using recruitment management systems.
- Strong work ethic with customer focus.
- Bubbly and outgoing personality willing to work in a team environment.
