Box Hill South Dental has serviced the dental needs of the Box Hill community since the 1980s. As all good things grow and change we are too That’s why we’re looking for a superstar receptionist / assistant with the right attitude to help us service our growing community.

Our clinic strives to offer every patient the best possible experience and most comprehensive dental care. We take pride in our dental treatment, patient rapport and our dental team. We are growing our business and need some more team players to join us in our journey.

Skills and attributes:

- Positive attitude and team player
- Experience in working at reception and assisting
- Be able to multi-task including helping out with dental assisting and managing the sterilisation are when required
- Proficient computer skills including Outlook and Word; training in Praktika practice management software can be provided

The role includes:

- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment;
- General reception duties including answering phone calls, making patient bookings, taking payments, organising correspondence and maintaining a tidy reception and clinic environment;
- Treating patients with empathy and helping to maintain strong relationships with our loyal client-base;
- Working on practice administration requirements including procedures, accreditation, growth initiatives and process improvement; and
- Performing dental assisting duties when required, maintaining the highest infection control standards per the ADAVB.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
