
Customer Partnership Manager

As part of a major reset to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers, DXC will commence managing workers’ compensation claims in New South Wales in 2023.
Join the DXC team and contribute to bringing DXC’s claims management expertise to the people of New South Wales as a Customer Relationship Manager.
The Customer Relationship Manager will achieve the business’s growth objectives through networks, relationships, and responses to tenders.
They will be a member of the DXC senior leadership team and contribute to developing and implementing organisational strategies designed to attract and retain clients to DXC.
**Key elements to this role include**:
- Serve as the main liaison for customers, building and maintaining trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Support clients throughout the workers’ compensation claims lifecycle—helping them understand processes, resolve issues, and identify trends.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute strategies that reduce claim frequency, improve return-to-work outcomes, and manage overall program costs.
- Partner with internal departments (claims adjusters, legal, risk management, underwriting) to ensure clients receive cohesive and effective support.
- Deliver regular reports on claim metrics, program performance, and insights. Translate data into actionable recommendations.
