**Bee Keen Café at Westfield Knox is seeking a motivated and professional Barista to contribute to its continued success.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional coffee and beverages, crafting high-quality drinks with precision and care.
- Master the art of latte art, presenting visually appealing beverages that enhance the dine-in experience.
- Ensure food and drinks served meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, reflecting the pride you’d take in serving family or friends.
- Support smooth café operations with efficiency and organisation in all tasks.
- Collaborate with staff to maintain high operational standards during opening and closing routines.
- Provide warm and welcoming customer service, fostering positive relationships with patrons.
- Adapt effectively to peak periods, maintaining high standards under pressure.
- Assist with general tasks such as cleaning, dish organisation, table preparation, and ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Uphold Bee Keen’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with the team to implement strategies that drive sales and enhance café performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in café or hospitality roles, with some management experience preferred.
- A deep sense of pride in the quality of food and drinks served to customers.
- Passion for coffee, food, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to inspire and support the team.
- Excellent organisational skills, including experience managing staff rosters.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to adapt to business needs.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to the café’s ongoing success.
