**Barista with RSA & Approved Manager Accreditation - Early Mornings & Weekends**

We are looking for a **skilled and enthusiastic Barista** to join our team at Fremantle Sailing Club in **Fremantle**

This role is perfect for someone who can jump into the early morning rush, work weekends, and is also comfortable serving alcoholic beverages. If you're a coffee lover who also knows their way around a POS and enjoys creating great guest experiences - we want to hear from you

**What We’re Looking For**:
Proven experience as a **barista** - able to make quality espresso coffees under pressure
**RSA certification** (Responsible Service of Alcohol - mandatory)
**Approved Manager Accreditation** (WA- mandatory)
Confident in **serving alcoholic beverages** in a licensed venue
**POS system knowledge** - able to manage orders efficiently
Available for **early morning shifts** and **weekends**
Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve barista-style coffees, teas, and light meals
- Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with RSA regulations
- Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and front-of-house
- Carry out opening duties
