**About the role**

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity available for a Finance Analyst to join our Supply Chain Finance team located in our headquarters office in Clayton. This role is responsible for providing financial and commercial support for all activities associated with DuluxGroup’s ANZ Distribution & Freight remit; as well as involvement in key Distribution/Freight financial projects.

You will be tasked with carrying out work that improves business performance through effective analysis and communication of financial insights gained, improving efficiency and effectiveness of the financial support provided and robust stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Analyst and working within a team of 6 Supply Chain Finance experts, this role is ideally suited to someone who has recently completed a graduate program with 2-3 years financial management and accounting experience and is interested in securing a role within the manufacturing/supply chain industry.

This is a dynamic role with great scope across our distribution and freight network in ANZ. It offers significant learning and growth opportunities, exposure to both the Dulux paints & coatings business and the distribution team. This is a cross-functional role with a variety of tasks and responsibilities as you work towards being a trusted and credible advisor to the distribution centers in Australia and New Zealand.

You will be responsible for financial inputs, forecasting & budgeting activities, and management reporting for the sites whilst navigating a complex entity and reporting structures. You will extract, manipulate and analyse large sets of data and narrate the results that helps drives action and resolutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data and information
- Primary finance contact for our distribution & freight network
- Provide the sites with insight and analysis on performance
- Provide financial support for all annual stockades and fixed asset audits

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in the accounting field, preferably in the supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Financial reporting experience
- Experience in SAP, TM1 or other ERPs is preferable
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport & influence stakeholders
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards it)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and create insights from data
