**The Role**:
We are looking for a Learning Manager who is super organised, loves to engage with people and finds the ultimate satisfaction in seeing team members thrive, get better and grow within the business.

As the Learning Manager, you will be responsible for the designing, implementation and facilitation of all training programs within the hotel, building relationships and working collaboratively with our internal teams.

You will support the People & Culture Manager in supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the P&C business as well as supporting the team to achieve our Hyatt purpose; _we care for people so they can be their best_.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Design, facilitate and implement training programs throughout the hotel
- Conduct annual analysis on training needs as per business needs
- Developing and implementing the Annual Training Plan
- To facilitate and deliver the hotels orientation program fortnightly
- To support service coaches by facilitating regular meetings, keeping staff motivated
- Arranging external training as required
- Coordinate the hotels work experience program
- _To work in partnership with the People & Culture Manager to provide support to the career development plans of staff across all levels_

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Completed or currently studying Human Resources or related qualification is advantageous
- Experience in conducting and facilitating training
- Strong presentation and coaching skills
- Strong problem solving and excellent time management skills
- Ability to effectively plan, multi-task and prioritize a number of items
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
