We're looking for a visionary AI Specialisation Lead to drive innovation and accelerate the adoption of AI-powered solutions. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of modern data platforms and cloud technologies and a passion for leveraging AI to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

As an AI Specialisation Lead, you will define and execute our AI-driven data strategy, aligning it with emerging technologies and industry trends. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust data pipelines and lakes, ensuring seamless machine learning and AI model integration into our data platforms. Additionally, you will mentor and develop a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists. By collaborating closely with clients, you will identify AI opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and drive business growth. Through thought leadership activities, industry presentations, and publications, you will share your expertise and contribute to the advancement of AI-driven data platforms.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role leading an AI and/or Data capability for a SI, Tech
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow)
- Deep understanding of machine learning and AI algorithms (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning)
- Experience with data modelling, data warehousing, and data governance practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
