MacKellar Group has partnered with Middlemount Coal since 2015, providing a BIG equipment hire fleet with full maintenance service at the Middlemount Coal mine site. We have recently renewed our maintenance contract and are excited to continue to support the mine

Your new role
- Manage the day-to-day and long-term maintenance planning activities ensuring maintenance plans and schedules meet company objectives and requirements - HME
- Ensure compliance to MacKellar CMMS/ERP work management processes
- Ensure planned maintenance and repairs are executed within time and cost parameters as per reports from the relevant systems and processes
- Build and communicate accurate weekly work schedules reflecting all work management activities, ensure that they are adequately resource levelled.

What you'll need to succeed
- Trade qualified or a degree in Mechanical Engineering with post-trade experience in the mining industry
- Previous experience and demonstrated success within a similar Mining role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Current Queensland Coal Board Medical (or we can assist you to obtain)
- Current Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)
- A current Queensland driver licence
