**About the Position**

Fletcher Insulation is looking for an experienced Territory Manager in the Commercial area to join our Melbourne Metro Team, Based out of our Keysborough office This role will see you being very client-focused and maintaining relationships and orders with our current customers while finding new ways to expand our client base. To be successful you will have a strong understanding of exceeding sales targets and working to sales metrics.

- Ideally come from a construction or trade background

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous Territory Management/BDM Experience
- Exposure to managing new and existing clients
- Excellent Negotiating and Influencing skill
- Experience working in the Commercial side of sales
- Success in being a part of a high-performing sales team
- Knowledge of preparing Sales Plans and Forecasting results
- Confidence in working with Sales Metrics
- Be able to evaluate risk and opportunity
- Previous Experience using SAP to ensure invoice pricing is correct
- Familiar with Office Software and CRM systems
