**Hourly Rates**:

- Weekdays: $38/hour
- Saturdays: $45/hour
- Sundays: $55/hour

**About the Role**
We’re currently seeking a compassionate and reliable **female support worker** to join our team, providing in-home and community-based support for a valued client in Brisbane QLD 4000, CBD.

**Shifts**:

- At present, shifts are approximately **12 hours per day**.
- In the near future, these will reduce to around **6 hours per day**, **4-5 days per week**.

This role suits someone who’s flexible with hours and looking for consistent ongoing work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Supporting community access and engagement
- Building positive relationships with the participant and their family
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation

**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient approach
- Previous experience in disability support or similar roles preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality care
- Relevant clearances (e.g. Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening) or willingness to obtain
- Current driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (preferred)
