Join the New Horizons team in providing complex care and support to residents within supported independent living properties. We’re looking for experienced and empathetic NDIS Support Workers in the Marsfield 2122 area.

**About You**
- Qualified in Disability, Community Services or Mental Health, or equivalent relevant experience - experience in personal care, manual handling or AIN would be highly regarded
- You have a valid NSW Drivers C class licence
- You have a mobile phone you are comfortable using for work
- An understanding of NDIS services and programs is helpful (though not essential)
- You are punctual with a friendly nature and want to help make a positive impact on the lives of residents within the community
**The Day to Day**
As a Support Worker, you will be meeting the daily care needs of residents within supported independent living properties and will be invested in providing a person-centered approach, high-quality care, and ensuring that residents are supported in achieving their goals. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Personal care, manual handling and medication administration
- Meal preparation
- Accompanying to appointments and adhering to specialist plans
