**About the Role**

As the Head of Cyber Security, reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will oversee and safeguard Lumus' security infrastructure and operations. Leading a high-performing team of cyber security professionals, you will develop and implement thorough strategies to protect our systems, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of security awareness.

**What your day will look like**:
**Strategic Leadership**:Lead and mentor a cyber security team while driving a strategy aligned with Lumus' goals.

**Security Operations**:Oversee daily operations, including incident response, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:Ensure regulatory adherence and conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential threats.

**Education and Awareness**:Promote a culture of security awareness through effective training programs.

**Incident Response**:Plan and coordinate swift and effective responses to security incidents.

**About you**:
**Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, or a related field, with 5+ years of leadership experience in cyber security.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
- Expertise in cyber security principles, technologies, and industry standards, with a proven ability to develop strategies and manage security operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as NIST and SOCI.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating secure and innovative healthcare solutions.
