**What this opportunity involves**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated facilities management professional, looking to work on JLL’s highly respected WoAG account. (Whole of Australian Government).

This position maintains a focus on facilities management and compliance works managing a mix of owned and leased properties across primary government entity, with an emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships whilst delivering the full range of services.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Effective communication with all team members, JLL leasing and support services
Building and maintaining a fantastic partnership with the client
Proactively engaging with stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met
Ensuring vendors are well-managed delivering services on time and within budget
Actively ensure the sites financial operations are meeting and exceeding targets
Recommending continuous quality improvement practices
Confirming everyone stays safe following health & safety guidelines and ensuring the JLL operational risk program is implemented and maintained

To be successful, you’ll have a proven track record in Facilities Management, with outstanding client service and interpersonal skills.
A passion and understanding of sustainability is required and you have a good knowledge of property systems including familiarity with building services software procedures and knowledge of occupational health & safety legislation and requirements.
You’ll be able to take direction and tackle a variety of complex issues within tight deadlines. You’ll be goal orientated and focused on exceeding performance targets.
You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our clients requirement.
