**Essential criteria**:
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years in a product management role or experience leading a startup.
- Familiar with SQL and has the ability to process and analyse complex data sets.
- Familiar with the web user experience (e.g. pricing strategy, technology, user flow).
- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create wireframes and mockups.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
- Familiar with the agile development process.
**Desired criteria**:
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and present to business audiences.
- Demonstrated commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience with enterprise software implementations or integrations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with the product team to define the product vision and assist in building a strategic product roadmap that fits in with the overall strategy of the department and the company.
- Setting the objectives and key results for the team.
- Working with the developers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline.
- Developing long-term client relationships.
