**About the role**
As a **Support Officer** you will play a vital role in enhancing the student journey at **TAFE SA**. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and administrative support across various TAFE SA departments. This includes engaging with students, staff, and the wider community. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all stakeholders. The Support Officer is expected to work as part of a larger Administrative Services team to ensure a high standard of customer service is always provided to internal and external customers.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hours work may be required, and a flexible approach to out of hours is essential including weekends.
- The incumbent may be required to work in different teams as workload demand changes.
- Operational and working hours may be adjusted according to business needs.
- The incumbent may need to travel to an alternative location, when required.
- Some intrastate/ interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
